Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using GeniusLux AI Studio you agree to these Terms. If you are using GeniusLux on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. One person or legal entity per account. You may not share, resell or transfer your account.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• Generations are paid for with GeniusLux credits. Credit costs are shown before you generate.
• Credits can be purchased one-off or as part of a subscription plan billed in euros (EUR) through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel from your dashboard.
• Credits are a limited licence to use the service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire when your account is closed.
• Prices, plan contents and credit costs can change; changes apply to future renewals and future purchases only.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GeniusLux to create, upload or share content that:

• is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law;
• sexualises minors, or depicts real people sexually or in a defamatory way without their consent;
• impersonates a real person, brand or public official to deceive;
• promotes hatred, violence, self-harm, or discrimination;
• attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or credit accounting;
• scrapes, resells access to, or reverse-engineers the service.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and cooperate with authorities where required.

5. Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you also own the outputs you generate, and you are free to use them commercially. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and your use of the outputs do not infringe third-party rights. AI outputs may coincidentally resemble existing works — you should review before publishing.

6. Our licence to run the service

You grant us the limited right to host, process and display your prompts and outputs for the sole purpose of operating the service (storage, delivery, backup, abuse investigation). We do not use your prompts or outputs to train third-party foundation models.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or retire features.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. On termination, generated media may be deleted after a short grace period — export anything you want to keep.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which GeniusLux is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence within the EU.
